How to Use
Begin with towel-dried, detangled hair.
Select the attachment suited to your desired style and make sure it is securely fitted before switching on the appliance.
Choose an appropriate airflow and heat setting, then style the hair in sections. Move the tool continuously through the hair rather than holding heated airflow on one area for an extended period.
Use the cooler airflow setting where appropriate to help finish your style.
Switch the appliance off after use and allow it and the attachments to cool completely before storing.
Care & Safety
Use only as directed in the supplied product instructions.
Keep the appliance away from water and do not use it near a bath, shower, basin or other source of water.
Do not use with wet hands.
Do not cover or block the air inlet or outlet while the appliance is operating.
Attachments and surrounding surfaces may become hot during use. Allow them to cool before removing, changing or storing them.
Avoid prolonged heat exposure on one section of hair or directly against the scalp.
Unplug the appliance after use and allow it to cool before cleaning or storing.
Keep the cord away from hot surfaces and check the appliance and cable before use.

Orders are prepared and dispatched through our fulfilment network. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, destination and carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email whenever available so you can follow your delivery.
For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this results in a reduction in its value, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by law.
Certain sealed products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened where the health or hygiene exception applies. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the direct cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
