The internal PP cotton filter is designed to help capture sediment and visible impurities as water passes through the shower head. The removable cartridge can be replaced when required, helping keep your shower routine simple and convenient.

CARE
Periodically check the filter cartridge and replace it when visibly soiled or when water flow becomes noticeably reduced. Rinse the shower head with clean water and wipe the exterior with a soft cloth.

Orders are prepared and dispatched through our fulfilment network. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, destination and carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email whenever available so you can follow your delivery.
For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this results in a reduction in its value, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by law.
Certain sealed products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened where the health or hygiene exception applies. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the direct cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
